SOLUTIONS
Two ways in. Clinical Success carries the trial endpoint and keeps the evidence running after the trial closes. Therapy Success covers launch, adoption and adherence, and builds the real-world evidence that underpins market access and reimbursement. Underneath both, the data is collected once and reused across the life of the asset.
We work with life sciences companies across the life cycle of a product. Clinical teams use our eCOA and patient finding solutions to reach higher endpoint collection adherence and shorter throughput times. Medical and market access teams use us to collect the evidence that underpins reimbursement and market access files. Commercial teams use our patient support programs and remote monitoring to reach quicker adoption and higher adherence.
Whichever way you come in, the same data endpoint sits underneath. What it does at each stage of the life cycle is set out further down this page.
CLINICAL SUCCESS
Your endpoint, carried — outcome assessments for trials where the patient's own report is the result, the recruitment work that fills them, and the registries that keep the evidence running after the trial closes.
THERAPY SUCCESS
Your launch, built — the right patients found, started and kept on therapy, with the real-world evidence that underpins market access and reimbursement.
The same collection serves a different purpose at every stage. Each row below names what the data is doing there, and all of it comes from one instrument.
A validated outcome measure built to carry a trial endpoint does not stop being useful at approval. The same instrument, unchanged, does four different jobs across the life of the asset.
The regulatory language differs. A device runs a clinical evaluation rather than a phase program, and its post-market clinical follow-up is a standing MDR obligation rather than a commercial choice. The continuum underneath is the same, which is why one platform serves both.
Whether you are designing a trial, building a reimbursement dossier or planning a launch: tell us where your asset is, and we will show you what we would do and what it would take.
