What this website collects, why we hold it, how long we keep it, and what you can ask us to do with it. Cascador Health BV and moveUP NV remain separate legal entities, each with its own policies for its own services.
If you contact us through this website, your enquiry is handled by Cascador Health BV. If you use a moveUP patient application or a service delivered under a moveUP contract, moveUP NV is the controller. Where a program runs under both, the contract for that program says which applies.

One thing only: what you type into the contact form. Your first name, last name, organization, email address and your message. Nothing else on this website asks you for personal data, and there is no analytics or tracking of any kind.
Our host, Webflow, keeps standard server logs in order to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
To answer your enquiry, and to take the steps you are asking us to take before any contract. That is our legitimate interest and yours.
The tick box on the form, asking whether you would like to receive other communications from us, is separate and optional. You can submit the form without it, and you can withdraw it at any time without affecting the answer to your enquiry.
HubSpot — our customer relationship system. The contact form submits directly into it, and it is where your enquiry is read and answered. HubSpot is a US company and processes the data under its own data processing agreement and transfer safeguards.
Webflow — hosting. Serves the pages and keeps the server logs described above.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for advertising.
Enquiries are kept for 36 months from our last contact with you, and then deleted. If you ask us to delete yours sooner, we will.
You have the right to know why your personal data is needed, what happens to it and how long it is kept; to access it; to have it corrected, completed, blocked or deleted; to withdraw consent you have given; to have your data transferred to another controller; and to object to processing. To exercise any of these, use the contact details below. You may also complain to your supervisory authority, which in Belgium is the Data Protection Authority.
