Where we work, and at what scale

The numbers behind the platform: countries, patients, pharmaceutical partners and the clinical networks in neurology and immunology.

Neurosciences
Immunology
Key takeaways
  • Programs running in 16 countries across the US, EU, Middle East and Asia.
  • More than 100,000 patients have used the platform.
  • Eight of the top ten global pharmaceutical companies work with us, each won competitively.
  • 60+ epilepsy KOL sites, and one of the largest real-world myasthenia gravis datasets anywhere.

Scale matters in this work for a specific reason: a platform that has run in sixteen countries has already met sixteen sets of ethics committees, languages, and data protection expectations. A platform that has not is asking a sponsor to find that out with them.

Countries and patients

Programs have run in 16 countries across the US, the EU, the Middle East and Asia. More than 100,000 patients have used the platform across clinical trials, patient support programs and remote monitoring in hospital pathways.

Pharmaceutical partners

Eight of the top ten global pharmaceutical companies work with us. Each was won competitively rather than through a framework or a parent-company relationship.

Clinical networks

Depth in a therapeutic area is a network, not a claim. In epilepsy, we work with more than 60 KOL sites. In myasthenia gravis, the program has produced one of the largest real-world datasets in the indication.

How these are measured

Country count covers any country where a program has been live. The patient figure is cumulative across all program types since inception. The pharmaceutical company count uses the standard top-ten ranking by revenue. Site and dataset figures are as at September 2026.
