Two names, one standard of care

Cascador and moveUP have joined as one company. What that means for sponsors, clinicians and patients already working with either of us.

Key takeaways
  • Cascador and moveUP now operate as one company, on one certified platform.
  • Clinical trial evidence and connected patient care sit in the same organization, so a therapy can be supported from first-in-human through to routine use.
  • Existing programs, contracts and contacts continue unchanged.

Cascador and moveUP have joined as one company. Both organizations were already doing adjacent work: capturing what patients report during clinical trials, and keeping patients supported once a therapy reaches the market. Bringing them together puts both on one certified platform, with one team accountable for the result.

What it changes

A sponsor can now start at either end of the therapy lifecycle and carry the same instruments, the same clinical relationships and the same data structures through to the other. An outcome measure designed for a trial can continue collecting after approval. A support program running in the market can generate the evidence a market access dossier needs.

What it does not change

Running programs continue as they are. Contracts, contacts and delivery teams stay in place. The certifications behind the platform are unchanged.

The name reflects what was already true in practice: the clinicians who investigate a therapy are the clinicians who later prescribe it, and the patients are the same patients. Working across both stages in one organization matches how care actually runs.
