3 June 2026 — Cascador Health and moveUP complete their merger, combining clinical trial evidence and connected patient care in one company.
Cascador Health and moveUP announced the completion of their merger on 3 June 2026, combining two digital health specialists into one company operating as Cascador / moveUP.
The combined company brings together a multidisciplinary team of 35 specialists based in Brussels and Ghent, and works with eight of the top ten global pharmaceutical companies. Named customers include AstraZeneca, Sanofi, UCB and argenx. More than 100,000 patients are supported across its programs.
Investors from both companies invested €6 million in fresh capital alongside the merger.
The two organizations had established positions in adjacent parts of the therapy lifecycle. Bringing them together covers the span from pre-market research and clinical trials through to routine care, with one data architecture and one accountable team across it.
Established therapeutic-area positions include epilepsy, orthopedics, respiratory, immunology and rare disease.
